Good Afternoon Charlestown Middle School Families, Our fire alarm was activated unexpectedly today due to a toaster in the staff room and a burning English muffin. The Charlestown Police Department and the Charlestown Fire Department were on the scene and eventually cleared the building for us to return. We were outside for about 45 minutes. We do have windows open and fans operating to clear out the remaining smoke and we have resumed regular classes. Please let me know if you have any questions. Cory LeClair Principal
